WESTA's front-mounted rotary snow plows are two-stage rotary snow plows and throwers. Snow is cleared away by a slow-turning plow cylinder, broken down and fed in metered quantities to a fast-rotating ejection wheel. This configuration achieves large throwing ranges at a low level of force.
